Originality & evidence

Journal prose was created for this site. Photography is licensed from Pexels and credited on our Photo credits page. We take inspiration from accessible recipe-journal organization without reproducing another publisher’s articles or branding. Primary sources support safety and brewing statements; our proposed formulas are clearly identified.

Testing & AI disclosure

AI tools assisted research organization, drafting, editing and source-code creation. No first-party kitchen testing or tasting is claimed for the launch collection. Stock photographs illustrate the subject and must not be read as evidence of preparation. AI output itself is not evidence.

Corrections & accountability

A correction should identify the page, the statement and supporting evidence. Email [email protected] with the page URL and evidence for a correction. Material edits should update the article date and describe the changed guidance. No credentials or testimonials are invented.

Commercial relationships

This edition has no advertising scripts, sponsored placements or affiliate links. If monetization is introduced, the relationship must be disclosed on affected pages. Advertising must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content and must not encourage clicks.
